Young PDSA aims to capture the interest of young people by providing exciting ways to learn about pets, their health and their care.

As the UK's leading veterinary charity, PDSA, understands pet ownership and offers a variety of ways for childrens to engage with animals:

PDSA Pet Protectors is a club for animal lovers primarily under thirteen years of age, though it appeals to all ages.

PDSA PetAid challenge is an activity based programme for teenagers that can be linked to achievement of Duke of Edinburgh Awards

Schools PDSA is a website designed for teachers and parents to help children develop key literacy, scientific and citizen skills through their interest in animals.

All About Pets is the section of the Young PDSA website that encourages children to learn about their pets, their pet's health and generally looking after their pet properly.

PDSA PetCasts are short educational video clips filmed in our PetAid hospitals, showing PDSA vets demonstrating how to look after pets properly. They cover the areas of pet health, exercise, dental care and diet and were filmed specifically for children.
