 Puppy power!!
Button the dalmation has given birth to 18 puppies, which is a new British record!
Button's famous mother also starred in the Disney movies 101 Dalmations.
Maybe Buttons wants a part in the next film?!
The great escape
A 42-year-old chimp called Ichiro escaped from a Japanese zoo when a door was accidentally left unlocked.
He found some shade on the roof and stayed there for two hours before being lured back into his enclosure with a banana!
Fighting extinction
Black Rhinos are on their way back from the brink of extinction. Two years ago there were only 1,000 animal left but experts think there are now over 4,000 of these beautiful big beasts on the planet.
Feathered fire alarm
A parrot saved his owners’ lives after their home set alight. The bird, called Bob, squawked until he woke up the whole house, his owners grabbed his cage on their way out and they all escaped unhurt. Super-sized stingray
A huge stingray measuring nearly 2 metres wide has been found in Cambodia.
It is however thought that there may be stingrays twice the size of this one in oceans around the world and we are yet to find them.

We all know that unicorns don’t exist, but a deer in Italy has been born with one single horn in the centre of his head instead of the usual one either side, just like the mythical creature!  There's something fishy going on...

Rex is a hero!
A dog called Rex saved a baby kangaroo from his mother's pouch when she was hit by a car. Sadly, the accident killed her, but the little joey was still alive. Rex spotted the baby moving around and gently picked him up by the neck and took him to his owners.
The joey, now named Rex Jr, was taken to a wildlife sanctuary and will be released back into the wild when he is old enough to look after himself.
