Zebras
Zebras look like small horses, but they have distinctive black and white stripes and spiky manes.
No one knows exactly why they have stripes, but experts think it might be to distract predators, to keep them cool and so they can recognise each other.
Did you know ... no two zebras have the same striped pattern?
Zebra babies are called foals and can stand just 15 minutes after they are born.
They live in groups called herds. These herds are protected by a single male called a stallion, but there is also one female mare who is in charge of the herd.
Did you know ... a fully grown zebra can run over 40 miles an hour and can live for up to 40 years!
